Essential Responsibilities:<ul><li>Performs day to day IT operations such as: Software and hardware installation - maintenance - repair - (under Senior Systems Engineer guidance);</li><li>Supports IT helpdesk requests, user support regarding software and hardware issues;</li><li>Supports AV operations, (events and servicing);</li><li>Manages office/IT supplies;</li><li>Checking in/out of equipment;</li><li>Provides user support for Google Apps, MS Office.</li><li>Data entry as needed in all of our platforms</li><li>Performing other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>College Degree in Computer Technology, minimum two years of experience in similar work.</li></ul>Functional &amp; Technical Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of a computer programming language (e.g. HTML, Python);</li><li>Advanced user competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);</li><li>Knowledgeable in Google Apps (Sheets, Forms, Docs, etc.);</li><li>Fluent in verbal and written English/Greek.</li></ul>Additional Requirements:Competencies<ul><li>Interpersonal skills, organizational &amp; planning skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills and excellent customer service skills required.</li></ul>Personal Characteristics<ul><li>Creativity, team player skills, confidentiality, open-minded approach and taking initiative.</li><li>Commitment to safeguarding and protection of children.</li></ul>Application Procedure:To be considered for this vacancy, please complete this form and submit in English:<ul><li>Resume/CV;</li><li>Cover letter, which should include a statement of how you connect to ACS Athens' mission;</li><li>The contact information for three professional references;</li><li>A brief self-introduction video (through Vimeo or any other supported video file) showcasing your professional background, key skills, and personal motivations for wanting to contribute to the mission and values of ACS Athens.</li></ul>
