As a Business Processes Specialist, you will work closely with the Finance Teams, Product owners as well as non-Finance and supporting technical teams in order to lead process and system improvement initiatives that realize increased efficiency and/or quality. In this role, you will act as the liason between business and project management/IT teams, with regards to changes in finance processes, information systems and business projects.&nbsp;This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence strategic priorities by applying strong PMO skills, ensuring structured execution of cross-functional initiatives, and driving impactful improvements in finance processes and systems.&nbsp;What you will focus on<ul><li>Partner with process/product owners and key stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and document opportunities for process improvement/redesign with the aim bring efficienty into company</li><li>Design, plan and implement scalable changes in finance area to achieve business ambitions, hand over to product &amp; process teams after project closure</li><li>Communicate and translate requirements effectively and ensures proper coordination between Business owners, IT teams, RPA team</li><li>Coordinate or manage the delivery of the simplicity projects&nbsp;with the best practice in the project management area, ensuring the delivery with expected time and quality with the self driven approach</li><li>Prepare all project documentation and lead the communication project stream</li><li>In case of IT/RPA related projects contribute on definition of IT/RPA development including cooperation on documentation, UAT testing and deployment.</li><li>Actively help solving issues at E2E (finance) proceses when needed</li></ul>&nbsp;Who we are looking for<ul><li>1+ years of experience in finance, preferably in finance consultancy, project management, audit, accounting, financial controlling and/or business controlling</li><li>BSc in business studies or business economics</li><li>Proficiency in English both written and verbally</li></ul>&nbsp;Your value<ul><li>Project management expertise | be on top &amp; handle strategic or transformational projects</li><li>Partner with others | collaborate &amp; communicate effectively to positively influence others&nbsp;</li><li>Authentic communication | deliver messages in a clear, compelling and concise manner</li><li>Results-orientation &amp; critical thinking | ability to simplify and decompose complexity</li><li>Business acumen | emphasis on analytical and conceptual thinking&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;We care for you&nbsp;<ul><li>Hybrid way of Working</li><li>Free lunch break in our restaurant</li><li>Available parking</li><li>Lifelong learning and development</li><li>Wellbeing Program</li></ul>
