You will play a key role in enhancing well-being, relaxation and rejuvenation, in alignment with KOIA’s holistic philosophy.&nbsp;Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, manicures and pedicures.</li><li>Deliver professional massage therapies.</li><li>Assess guests’ needs and recommend personalized treatment plans to enhance their wellness journey.</li><li>Ensure a calm and relaxing environment, delivering an elevated spa experience.</li><li>Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety in the spa area.</li><li>Promote and upsell spa services and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction.</li></ul>What you will bring to the teamYour skills and spirit&nbsp;We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional who thrives on creating exceptional wellness experiences and embodies KOIA’s values of care and excellence.
