Currently, we are searching to hire a Domestic Buyer who will be responsible for the identification of new products/ services and negotiations with potential vendors (product sourcing) for the retail store network and B2B client portfolio.   During your day you will: Act as a buyer for the retail store network and B2B client portfolio. Identify new products/services’ opportunities in the market and presents proposals/options to the Buying Head. Handle negotiations and agreements with potential vendors and provide complete proposals to the Buying Head, including: the relevant due diligence process price structure and  discounts ensuring optimum execution of company’s strategy Monitor competition’s product range, prices and promotions and propose actions to the Buying Head, if needed. Collaborate with Category Executives to create a complete portfolio of products and services to be approved by leadership. Collect marketing material from suppliers and update the Category Executives and the Marketing Department regarding the vendors’ marketing position for the product. Cooperate with Logistics Operations Executives to support stock optimization/availability and order placement. Track key business performance indicators (sales, volumes, margins, DSOs, etc ) to evaluate progress towards objectives and assist in the preparation of reports for the senior management.  What you need to stand out: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization would be considered a plus. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position. Experience in account management of products and services and supplier negotiations. Familiarity with spend data analysis. Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, in Greek and English languages. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). Multitasking personality.
