Job Description Are you ready to discover the role of a Senior Software Engineer in Test in Netcompany-Intrasoft? Our fully inhouse Testing team consists of 180 professionals across our sites and is Gold ISTQB partner. This is a team led by Test Managers, that serves the entire Netcompany-Intrasoft organization, bringing value and benefit in all the technologies we use and offer. Our Testing team is engaged with a vast portfolio of services, technologies, solutions and methodologies. As a Senior Software Engineer in Test you will: Familiarize with the architecture of the system under test Analyze the tests to be automated and identify the most appropriate test automation methodology/technology Implement and maintain test automation scripts/frameworks Participate in PoC for evaluation of various tools, frameworks, methodologies Participate in the building of a CI pipeline Automate tests for any of the following test types (functional, performance, usability, compatibility, cross-browser, component) Analysis of test results for troubleshooting, qualitative and quantitative analysis Define, engage, and commit to testing planning as part of the Release planning, providing accurate estimations and schedules of all testing activities, timelines, and milestones with appropriate tools Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications. Ensure that the several testing and validation processes are improved continuously Oversee the execution of manual and service test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality Review and approval of all test artifacts (scripts, test data) and testing deliverables Qualifications What would make you a fit for the role: Degree in Information Technology or another relevant field At least 4 years of experience in Software Testing including expertise in writing Test scripts for Functional, Regression and Performance tests Experience in various tools/frameworks such as Selenium, SoapUI, JMeter Work experience in the creation of Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Reports and participation in Test Cycles Complete understanding of the Agile Software Development methodologies Excellent command of the English language (both written & oral) It would also be a plus if you match some of the following: Knowledge in WebServices (SOAP & RESTful), Cucumber, Serenity, TestNG, JUnit, Mockito, REST Assured API and Jira, Jira XRay, Javascript, Typescript, Microservice Architectures, Kafka, Arquillian and Spring Boot are considered a plus Work experience in Java, .Net, Groovy, SQL, XML  ISTQB Foundation certificate in Software Testing; Test Automation knowledge through QTP. Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards. Participate and/or lead meetings with client and other parties. Demonstrate strategic agility, set priorities based on business requirements, and releases’ planning. Openly promote leadership and cooperation across the team. Drive for results, encourage decisions, processes, and outcomes of the highest quality. Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising test team members. Stay updated on industry best practices. Qualifications What would make you a fit for the role: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Min 7 years of experience in software test analysis with team leadership experience (at least 2 year) Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies Deep understanding of non-functional and functional requirements Experience with web services (SOAP and REST), XML, and strong knowledge of API testing (at least five years) Experience using Test management tools such as Jira and Jira Zephyr Factory Acceptance Testing experience. Knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and BPM standards. Excellent command of MS Office. It would also be a plus if you match some of the following: ISTQB or other relevant certifications  Automated testing experience is considered a plus. Experience in Jenkins is considered as a plus.
