The Guest Experience colleague is responsible for delivering seamless, personalized, and exceptional service throughout the entire guest journey—pre-arrival, arrival, in-house, and post-stay. Guest Experience Agent | One&Only Aesthesis, Athens (18917)

Guest Services Agent/Bellman is a person who creates a welcoming environment for hotel guests and facilitate their arrival and departure. &nbsp;The Guest Services Agent/Bellman will be responsible for meeting, greeting and directing guests to their destinations. &nbsp;Guest Services Agent/Bellman is responsible for delegating tasks to the Porters as needed such as luggage collections and message deliveries. Guest Services Agent/Bellman will be acting also as valet and be responsible for safely parking the guests and external visitor’s cars and ensure all cars are parked and unparked with extreme care as per the procedures, as well as assisting&nbsp; with luggage delivery using buggies when required.&nbsp; Essential Key Duties and Responsibilities• &nbsp; &nbsp;Always well-groomed and immaculately presented in a clean uniform. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Helping to create a friendly and welcoming environment. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Managing guest arrivals and departures as per hotel standard. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Escort and seating guests. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist guests and other employees with luggage storage and retrieval. &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Offering car door assistance and assisting in calling taxis. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Greeting guests on arrival and assisting guests with their luggage should a porter not be available. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for keeping lobby area tidy and organized. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist guests in giving them directions and providing important information about the hotel. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Respond to all guests needs quickly, efficiently, and courteously. • &nbsp; &nbsp;To be aware of all functions, conferences and special events taking place in the Resort. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist Security in maintaining suspicious activity. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Follow LQA &amp; Forbes standards related to Guest Services department. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Attend and participate in team events. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Participate in required training. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Be fully familiar with the room types and hotel. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proceed with the rooming of guests when necessary. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Use buggies for guest’s movements and luggage delivery when required.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure buggies are kept in good condition.
