The Youth &amp; Ethnic Segments Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for owning Vodafone’s Youth and Ethnic segments as key growth drivers of the business. The role has full P&amp;L ownership and end-to-end responsibility for the Prepay business (including CU and international segments), as well as go-to-market ownership for postpay, fixed, and TV propositions targeting the youth segment. This position combines segment strategy, commercial ownership, and brand leadership, ensuring strong growth, engagement, and monetization across high-value customer segments.Key Accountabilities• &nbsp; &nbsp;Define and lead the Youth &amp; Ethnic segments strategy, strengthening Vodafone’s positioning with younger and international audiences. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Own and deliver the full Prepay P&amp;L (CU, TAZA and related propositions), driving revenue growth, base expansion and ARPU uplift through optimized pricing and commercial policies. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead end-to-end go-to-market for Prepay propositions and drive GTM for youth-focused postpay, fixed and TV products, ensuring consistent execution across all channels. • &nbsp; &nbsp;In partnership with the Vodafone Brand Team, shape brand positioning and communications for youth propositions, driving engagement via campaigns, partnerships and digital channels. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Drive acquisition, engagement, retention and lifecycle performance (recharges and usage), working cross-functionally with Base Growth, Digital, Retail, Finance and Product to improve customer value and profitability.Who you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;8–12+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or segment management roles • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proven experience managing P&amp;L and delivering growth in competitive markets, with a track record of revenue, base and ARPU uplift. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong understanding of prepaid business dynamics and youth segments, including pricing, promotions and lifecycle management levers. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in brand management and customer engagement strategies, building relevance through campaigns, partnerships and digital channels. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly? Youth & Ethnic Segments Manager

The Family Segment Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for owning and developing Vodafone’s Family (Household) segment as a core pillar of the company’s commercial strategy. The role leads the end-to-end management of converged propositions across postpay, fixed, TV, and value-added services, with full P&amp;L ownership and go-to-market responsibility. It plays a critical role in maximizing household value through bundling, increasing customer lifetime value, and strengthening long-term retention. This is a high-impact role combining commercial ownership, segment strategy, and cross-functional leadership, directly influencing revenue growth and customer loyalty.Key Accountabilities: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Define and lead the Family segment strategy as a core growth pillar, setting a clear vision for Vodafone’s household proposition and identifying growth opportunities through customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Own the full P&amp;L of the Family segment across postpay, fixed, and TV, driving revenue growth, ARPU uplift, margin optimization, and closely monitoring performance to take corrective actions when needed. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead the end to end go to market strategy for all Family propositions, defining commercial offers, pricing and bundling, and ensuring strong execution across all channels (retail, digital, inbound, outbound). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Design and evolve converged and bundled offers combining postpay, fixed, TV, and value added services, ensuring simplicity, competitiveness, and strong customer value perception. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Drive customer lifetime value and retention through loyalty, upsell and cross sell initiatives, while collaborating closely with Product, Commercial, Digital, Retail, Finance, and CX teams to ensure aligned end to end execution.Who you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;8–12+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or product roles and proven experience with P&amp;L ownership and delivering business growth. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong understanding of telco products (postpay, fixed, TV) and convergence strategies. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in managing complex, multi-product propositions. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to translate strategy into execution across multiple channels combined with with high level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly? Family Segment Manager

Ensure the commercial, financial and operational success of Vodafone External Channels (Hunters, Family Advisor) and Indirect Channels (Prepay Wholesale, TLM and Digital External Partners) and promote Vodafone activities. The role drives channel performance across sales, partners, and activities, supports Corporate Affairs and Network priorities nationally, and leads, develops, and builds succession within the team.Key accountabilities and decision ownership:&nbsp; • Contribute to sales objectives, strategies and plans.
