Your TasksAs a Cyber Security Specialist (m/f/d) you are an important part of our Offensive Security Team. You will be responsible to conduct targeted security analyses, penetration tests or red team engagements (adversary simulations) and attack our customers' systems and networks. Cyber Security Specialist – Offensive Security / Red Teaming (m/f/d) - Athens

As a Human Risk &amp; Awareness Specialist, you will work with the CS GRC Human Risk &amp; Awareness team within the Ahold Delhaize Group to deliver the cybersecurity awareness program. You will support the design and execution of initiatives that raise employee awareness, promote secure behaviors, and reduce human-related risks. Responsibilities include developing training materials, coordinating local sessions and communications, and collecting data to improve outcomes. You will also contribute to awareness events, the security champions program, phishing simulations, human risk assessments, and new strategic initiatives that enhance resilience and innovation in security practices.What you will focus on<ul><li>Design and deliver cybersecurity training programs that educate employees on current threats and best practices to protect themselves and the organization. Training will be provided through multiple formats, including in person sessions, online courses, and video content.</li><li>Develop engaging cybersecurity awareness content including posters, flyers, and email templates to reinforce best practices.
