At MOH we strive to develop our people to their highestpotential, through continuous education and assignment of challenging projects.<h2>Starting with the role:</h2>Currently we are searching for a&nbsp;Facilities Services &amp; Projects Specialist&nbsp;to ensure the smooth, efficient and safe operation of a group of corporate offices (buildings) by planning and overseeing maintenance activities, managing tenant relations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and optimizing operational efficiency.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building to ensure seamless functionality, conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issue promptly and serve&nbsp;as the primary point of contact for building-related emergencies and escalate issues as necessary to the Supervisor of Facilities Operations &amp; Maintenance</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and KONKAT Management by promptly responding to their inquiries and requests, while resolving any problems and issues</li><li>Execute the Facilities Services’ agreed plans regarding energy saving initiatives, buildings’ operational efficiency &amp; waste management</li><li>Coordinate and oversee regular building maintenance and repairs, maintain an inventory of necessary supplies and replacement parts, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and keeping detailed record of maintenances performed</li><li>Supervise contractor services and coordinate external contractors and service providers to ensure proper execution and quality of maintenance tasks, janitorial services and repairs</li><li>Define operating schedules for equipment (e.g., HVAC systems, lighting, BMS)</li><li>Prepare sites for new works, including informing employees, coordinating movements, assisting with small office relocations and supervising work progress</li><li>Maintain and update records of building certificates and keep a detailed record of building assets, including equipment and furniture</li><li>Collaborate closely with QHSSE on all relevant matters, such as issuing work permits, identifying hazardous areas/ risks and conducting safety drills</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in &nbsp;Electrical ,Mechanical Engineering from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI) , or other related field</li><li>At least 3&nbsp;years of experience in Facilities Management (hard &amp; soft)</li><li>Strong knowledge in AUTOCAD</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)</li><li>Proficient use of MS Office tools</li><li>Efficient communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What gives us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
