As a Regulatory Requirements Specialist, you will calculate and analyze capital requirements, capital adequacy, and leverage ratios at Alpha Bank and Group level, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to supervisory authorities.&nbsp;What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Understand the regulatory framework as defined in the Capital Requirements Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (CRR) and involved in the calculation of Risk Weighted Assets (RWAs) under Pillar I framework</li><li>Stay updated on EBA/ECB guidelines and regulatory developments</li><li>Examine regulatory changes and developments (CRR, Basel IV, BCBS) related to capital management, monitoring and reporting</li><li>Collect data and information, ensuring respective consistency and completeness</li><li>Prepare Common Reporting (COREP) and other relevant comprehensive reporting as well as understand and develop reporting requirements in the context of the Credit and Counterparty Credit Risk, Securitisation Risk, Large Exposures and Leverage Ratio</li><li>Identification of potential process impovements and capabilities to increase consistency, transparency, and reliability of RWAs calculation, governance, and controls process</li><li>Execute a series of operational support tasks (e.g. communication with external and internal collaborators, setting up meetings, following up on deliverables)</li><li>Prepare and update reports, presentations, dashboards and other data with key insights to be presented to the competent Committees of the Bank, using analytical and visualization tools (e.g. SAS, Excel, QlikView)</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in in a quantitative field of study (e.g. Risk Management, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Business) or in any other related discipline (a Master Degree will be considered a plus)</li><li>A minimum of two years’ experience in regulatory compliance or prudential reporting in banking or or in a major consulting firm</li><li>Demonstrated experience in at least one or more of the following indicative regulatory reports will be considered an asset: FINREP, COREP and EBA Stress Tests</li><li>Familiarity with big data analysis supported by experience in data analysis and reporting (Microsoft SQL, SPSS) will be considered an asset</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and regulatory reporting tools</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>Collaborative, organized, and proactive working style</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people. Regulatory Requirements Specialist

The AML Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the company’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), Risk Management, and Fraud Prevention frameworks for the Greek market, ensuring full compliance with Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) regulations, Law 4557/2018, and relevant EU directives.This role ensures the company maintains the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and responsible operation across all risk domains.
