ABC Factors S.A., a subsidiary of Alpha Bank Group, is seeking a&nbsp;MIS &amp; Liabilities Control Associate&nbsp;to join its MIS &amp; Liabilities Control team.As a MIS &amp; Liabilities Control Associate, you support the preparation of accurate, timely, and reliable management information and reports by contributing to the collection, validation, and processing of data, in line with established standards and procedures.&nbsp;What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Contribute to the preparation of reports and analyses related to product and portfolio volumes, costs, and profitability, in line with established templates and guidelines</li><li>Contribute to the operation and ongoing support of the Management Information Systems (MIS), through data collection, validation, and basic data quality checks</li><li>Collect, format, and reconcile data and information required for reporting and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking</li><li>Contribute to routine payment processing and cash monitoring activities, in line with established procedures and controls</li><li>Contribute to activities under the Company’s Data Governance Framework, supporting consistent data definitions, basic data quality controls, and reporting data reliability</li><li>Contribute to data-related projects by supporting the implementation of validation rules and basic data controls across systems and reporting processes, in line with agreed data and reporting standards</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Banking, Business Administration, or another related field. A Master’s degree in one of the above-mentioned fields would be considered a plus.</li><li>A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related function</li><li>Experience or exposure to reporting and regulatory compliance requirements, supporting accurate and reliable information flows</li><li>Knowledge of data management principles, including data collection, validation, and reconciliation, to ensure data consistency and reporting quality</li><li>Familiarity with database management concepts and data analysis practices, supporting effective reporting processes</li><li>Understanding of operational effectiveness and control frameworks, contributing to process accuracy and compliance</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset, enabling the interpretation of data and identification of insights</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills, supporting coordination with multiple internal stakeholders</li><li>Strong time management skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of reports</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offerIt’s all about our people. MIS & Liabilities Control Associate

As an External Reporting Specialist you will be responsible for the production of accurate and insightful regulatory or statistical reports, through efficient data processing techniques with the use of advanced analytical tools and the performance of complex data calculations and algorithmic processes. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;What you will be doing&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Prepare and submit regulatory reports and disclosures (e.g., ESG Pillar III, FINREP, Bank of Greece Executive Committee Acts) in full compliance with applicable guidelines, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery</li><li>Support recurring supervisory exercises such as Stress Tests and ICAAP/ILAAP by analyzing actual data related to interest rates, spreads, and Net Interest Income (NII) components</li><li>Translate regulatory outcomes into actionable insights and communicate key findings to Senior Management through targeted presentations and dashboard visualizations</li><li>Maintain and continuously update the master plan of reporting activities to ensure full alignment with business expectations and regulatory deadlines</li><li>Participate in standardization and process improvement initiatives, including automation and simplification of reporting workflows</li><li>Support the development and enhancement of reporting procedures and controls to secure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all regulatory submissions</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics or other quantitative field of study</li><li>Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Data Analytics or other quantitative field of study</li><li>At least three (3) years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a banking institution or an audit/consulting/FinTech firm</li><li>Capability of extracting value and forward-looking insights from data, using a combination of technical skills (e.g. SQL, python), quantitative know-how and business acumen</li><li>Good knowledge of visual analytics suites (e.g. Power BI)</li><li>Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results</li><li>Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively</li><li>Familiarity with Accounting, Finance and Risk Management concepts and terminology will be highly appreciated</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people.
