The role reports to the Retail manager and includes the below responsibilities:<ul><li>Manages operations in the regions/stores for which he/she is in charge and makes proposals for improving the process within the Operations department.</li><li>Organizes work and is responsible for the results of work in his/her team: defines KPIs, delegates tasks to associates, monitors the results of associates, motivates employees, develops knowledge of associates, implements company rules, informs employees about all news at regular monthly meetings and regular visits actions.</li><li>Implements and controls the implementation of the company’s strategy in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in the region for which is he/she in charge.</li><li>In cooperation with retail manager sets and monitors the implementation of action plans in order to improve the work process at the regional level he/she leads.</li><li>Provides constructive feedback to other departments on operational challenges, sales improvement and overall performance improvement (range, stock, promotions, innovations, deliveries) for the region he/she manages.</li><li>He/she is responsible for the implementation of all standard operating procedures in retail stores in order to ensure the execution of all necessary activities and processes&nbsp;</li><li>Implements and controls all standards related to the appearance of the facility in the stores (hygiene, equipment, devices, visual merchandising…).</li><li>He/she is responsible for improving the work of retail stores through improvements in the work process, financial performance indicators and customer relations.</li><li>Plans and controls sales targets and costs for the region in charge in order to achieve the annual business plan.</li><li>Regularly monitors the inventory turnover ratio and makes suggestions to ensure that the values ​​are in line with the defined business plan.</li><li>Ensures and is responsible that the write-off and deficit are in accordance with the values ​​defined by the business plan – the rulebook for the region he leads.</li><li>He/she is responsible for the availability and high level of service that employees in retail stores provide to consumers, in order to attract more consumers and retain existing ones.</li><li>With his/hers work and undertaken activities, he/she improves the experience of buying consumers in stores.</li><li>He/she is responsible for monitoring and managing the schedule of employees in retail stores, their absences, transfers between stores, respecting all legally prescribed elements and informing Retail manager.</li><li>Provides full support, in all segments of work, new and renovated stores. Organizes all activities and all services related to the opening, renovation, and relocation of stores.</li><li>Provides support, trains and is responsible for employee training through referral to appropriate training, monitors improvements in daily work and provides feedback regarding their development&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors and identifies competition activities, accordingly, proposes new activities&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Requirements:<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or supply chain management.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in Regional manager or similar roles</li><li>An excellent grasp retail and cosmetics market.</li><li>Possess great organizational, team leading and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Responsible, analytical, fast reacting and acting, able to work towards a common result for the appointed area.</li><li>Proficient in ERP&nbsp;</li><li>Driving license</li><li>Fluent in English&nbsp;</li></ul>

Regional manager

The Property, Network &amp; Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective management of Pandora’s store portfolio, including both Owned &amp; Operated (O&amp;O) stores and the Wholesale (WHL) network. The role covers lease management, new store openings, maintenance, suppliers, and daily store operations.The Specialist collaborates with the Country Manager and P&amp;N Manager to strengthen Pandora’s market position, build key relationships, identify business opportunities, and ensure local compliance. They also supervise construction and refurbishment projects, managing contractors, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Main Responsibilities include :<ul><li>Support Country Manager and P&amp;N Manager in identifying suitable retail and WHL locations, trade/shopping/urban centers, store types, and ideal partners.</li><li>Explore market shifts and strategies to generate new sales opportunities.</li><li>Support negotiation of new business deals for O&amp;O and WHL stores.</li><li>Map potential WHL or franchise partners, assess business potential, and support contract negotiations.</li><li>Maintain relationships with real estate developers, landlords, and service providers.</li><li>Support preparation of investment profiles and ensure alignment with budgets and forecasts.</li><li>Coordinate operational setup for new or renovated stores, including inventory, POS materials, and store fit-out.</li><li>Align delivery schedules and installation timelines.</li><li>Verify store readiness for opening.</li><li>Collaborate with Visual, Area Managers, Retail Operations, and Property teams.</li><li>Update Opal and Property Tool databases for new openings.</li><li>Liaise with legal, accounting, and external parties for lease agreements and new accounts setup.</li><li>Set up and test engraving machines; manage software updates.</li><li>Create spending plans and direct debit mandates.</li><li>Monitor lease compliance and store standards.</li><li>Manage leases, renewals, and contract updates.</li><li>Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvement initiatives.</li><li>Supervise construction and refurbishment projects, select and manage contractors, monitor progress, and ensure quality, timelines, and budgets.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulations and internal processes.</li><li>Act as main contact for landlords, property managers, and service providers.</li><li>Support Sales, Visual, and Operations teams with store needs.</li><li>Conduct internal audits for safety, accessibility, certifications, and permits.</li><li>Maintain reporting and financial tracking for operational decision-making.</li><li>Manage orders for equipment, tools, and defective accessories.</li><li>Manage and monitor store service providers: cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, waste disposal, security, surveillance, POS systems.</li><li>Activate and manage utility contracts: electricity, water, internet.</li><li>Ensure service quality and verify invoices.</li><li>Monitor rental payments and common expenses.</li><li>Review, renegotiate, and renew core maintenance contracts.</li><li>Manage payment flows for vendors, including real estate invoicing.</li><li>Resolve store maintenance issues with vendors.</li><li>Manage and update O&amp;O and franchising agreements and related documentation.</li><li>Monitor store status and report to Finance, Retail, and Property teams.</li><li>Track contractual deadlines and notify relevant offices.</li><li>Update geomarketing and furniture forecasts for store openings/upgrades.</li><li>Ensure compliance for new and existing stores, including:&nbsp;Public security licenses,&nbsp;New activity declarations,&nbsp;Video surveillance,&nbsp;Health, safety, and regulatory compliance</li></ul>Requirements include:&nbsp;<ul><li>3+ years in the retail field in similar role within Sales, Leasing or Legal functions</li><li>Experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Strong retail knowledge and understanding of store standards.</li><li>Analytical and financial skills to support business decisions.</li><li>Cross-functional coordination experience.</li><li>Supervision of construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and data management systems.</li><li>Knowledge of compliance processes and local regulations.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Customer focus and high-quality standards.</li><li>Initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Stakeholder management, business partnering, and influence in matrix organizations.</li><li>Calm, flexible, and able to handle pressure.</li><li>Very good knowlegde of Greek &amp; English Languages ( Written &amp; Verbal)&nbsp;</li></ul>
